Yes. Listing your properties and units is always free — add as many as you like. The free Starter plan then actively tracks up to three units or leases (rent, dues and basic reconciliation). It's a real plan, not a time-limited trial — a small landlord can run their khata on it without paying.

Nothing. Joining early access is free, with no card and no commitment. You get in before launch and lock in launch pricing for when the paid plans go live.

Starter suits a single owner with a few properties. Pro is for active landlords who want unlimited properties, full reconciliation and exports — the core of the rent management software. Manager is for people running units for several owners, with multi-owner workspaces and team access.

Yes — you'll be able to move between plans as your portfolio grows or shrinks. Your records stay intact whichever plan you're on.

Your records sit on servers in India and belong to you — we don't sell your data. On any plan you can get your receipts and statements out when you need them.
